I cannot say enough good things about the Ferzoco Group, especially Joe and Mary. I recently closed on a condo in Wildwood Crest and it it wasn't for them I would have "bailed" on the deal and given up. Prior to finding the place (Cape Cod Inn), Joe and I communicated weekly about properties in the area I was looking for. When we found the one I ultimately purchased, I was confident with Joes help, it was the right place for me. He was knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for and was able to frame my thinking. My purchase wasn't the easiest due to contingencies on my end but Joe was there for through the entire process. He was understanding and worked on my behalf tirelessly. When it was finally in the "closing" stages, I dealt with Mary. I had the same level of comfort with her and her professionalism and ability to communicate, made a stressful process not seem as bad. When I finally closed, I felt as though I had 2 friends on my side which is not usually the case in business transactions. I would recommend the Ferzoco Group without hesitation. We had our home on the market for 4 months before switching to the Ferzoco group. Joe/Christopher Ferzoco contacted us....which was so impressive. We had two offers immediately once we went this Joe and his group.....literally the first day our home was officially on the market. From Joe Ferzoco, to their marketing director, to their closing assistant - Mary McKenna (who is an angel by the way...so kind, available and so helpful)...aEUR|...just an all around wonderful experience. They were ALL so helpful, accommodating, available, honest, exceptional....I CANNOT say enough about the wonderful experience we had selling our home with the Ferzoco group. We did not need to lift a finger or handle a single thing....from the Fire Inspection to items that needed to be repaired....all was handled and taken care of. I would not recommend anyone else to help with selling your home. We are just so pleased and excited about this experience!!!
